Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Ex-rough sleepers with a Hackney and a street team connection who have been assessed by drug, alcohol and mental health teams and are subject to Care Programme Approach. Can accept those with both mental health and alcohol/drug problems.
Who we cannot help
Arsonists and those with a history of violence. Those unable to utilise the support offered or who require a more intensive level of support than is available at the project. People who lack independent living skills.

How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from LB Hackney HPU and the Clearing House.
Phone Mon-Fri 7.30am-6pm. Application form. Interview. Require proof of ID, risk assessment, psychiatric reports, CPA and PSR.

Support and accommodation
3 full time staff available 7.30am-8pm, emergency on-call system. Keywork system to identify support needs and offer ongoing support (6 residents per keyworker), fortnightly meetings. Support plans involve risk assessment, liaison with external agencies and quarterly reviews. Staff offer housing management, help with life skills and claiming benefits.

House rules and tenure
Smoking allowed in residents' flats. Must attend keywork sessions and residents' meetings. Assured shorthold tenancy.
