Who do we help?
Single homeless people with support needs, especially those with a history of offending or at risk of offending. Prioritise applicants with a local connection to Salford.
Who we cannot help
Sex offenders. Arsonists may be accepted depending on circumstances.

How to get a referral
All referrals come via Salford Housing Options Point.
Assessment. Need proof of ID - eg passport, driving licence, proof of income or benefits and NI number.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
24 hour cover. key worker system. Provide support with all housing related issues.
Rooms and charges
£10pw required from residents receiving benefits.

- Furnishings: Flats and rooms fully furnished.

- Disabled facilities: Access ramp into building and adapted toilet available.
- Other facilities: Lounge, dining rooms.

House rules and tenure
Alcohol and smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement.
Visitors not allowed except close family.
Bus M10 to Tootal Road stop. Tram to Weaste stop.
No volunteers at present, but welcome enquiries from people offering life skills sessions eg cookery, art, computer skills. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
