Who do we help?
Vicar Lane is a supported Housing Scheme for single young people aged 16-25 in housing need. The Scheme does not have an automatic exclusion policy and will assess each referral on an individual basis. The scheme has a no pets policy.

No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Referrals accepted from any agency and will accept referrals direct from prison.

Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 month
- Maximum stay: 18 months
Support and accommodation
The Scheme is a semi- independent scheme at present and we have one member of staff who works 9-5pm Monday to Friday providing intensive housing management. Referrals are made for Floating Support if they do not have a support in place.The scheme is due to change in the near future which will provide full support and security cover in the evening and weekends.

- Disabled facilities: All Flats are based on ground floor level with disabled access.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
All tenancies are on a Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. House Rules: No Smoking or consumption of alcohol in Communal Areas. No children under the age of 16 permitted into the scheme at any time.
No persons under the age of 18 permitted to stay overnight. 1 visitor over the age of 18 can stay overnight up to 3 nights per week.
Bus and Train stations are approximately a 5 minute walk away from the Scheme.
