How to get a referral
All referrals to Targeted Support Scheme.
A1 form must be completed and forwarded to Targeted Support Scheme. Meeting to complete generic referral form.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 4 weeks
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
9 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system (8 service users per worker), weekly meetings. Individual action plans reviewed every 3 months. Staff provide advice and support on a range of issues including, benefits, budgeting, life skills, education, employment and accessing other support services.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Smoking allowed in own flats. Must engage with support offered and house rules. Tenancy agreement in self contained flats, licence agreement in shared flats.
9am-9pm, need photo ID. Maximum of 2 visitors per flat. Overnight guests over 18 with notice.
Bus 7 Oaktree from Mansfield Bus Station to Edale Rd stop, project is at top of Edale Rd.
