Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with medium-high support needs.

How to get a referral
All referrals via local authority homeless team gateway.
Phone local authority homeless team on 0191 424 6562 Mon-Fri 9am-4pm. Referral comes to us via Homefinder.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3-6 Months
- Maximum stay: 6 months - 1 Year
Support and accommodation
8 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. key worker system (5 residents per key worker), with meetings at least weekly. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 12 weeks. Staff provide compulsory support around life skills, including budgeting and basic cooking, and help with accessing education, training and employment and accessing benefits.
