Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
People recovering from mental health issues, including people with enduring and often severe mental health problems. Accept people with drug & alcohol issues and former rough sleepers. Applicants will usually have care co-ordinator. Local connection required.
Who we cannot help
A full PNC check is carried out on every case.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals via the Capita system only.

Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Staffed 9am-6pm security 6pmto 9am. Mentoring sessions available to support day to day living and work around an Asset based model. Personal asset manager, senior Personal Asset Mentor 3 x Personal Asset Mentor, 1 x Admin Team and housing officer provide support.

£16pw required from residents receiving benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Residents must participate in 16 hours of meaningful activities per week. No alcohol allowed in communal areas, no smoking allowed on premises. Licence agreement. Schedule of house rules.
Between 8am-10.30pm. Overnight guests with staff permission.
Bedford train station - 5 mins walk. Bus station - 10 mins walk.
