Who do we help?
Single homeless people, priority given to those with a local connection to the Medway area.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone, complete referral form. Wherever possible interview arranged for same day. Prospective resident completes application form at interview.

Support and accommodation
4 full time staff available during the day, with on-call system. 2 night security staff provide waking cover. Keywork system with compulsory weekly meetings. Staff offer support on benefits, health and independent living.

£9.41pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed. Smoking in own room and garden only. Residents are required to follow all house rules. Licence agreement.
2 visitors per resident, 4pm-10.45pm daily. No overnight guests.
