Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

Single homeless men who are sleeping rough or are in danger of sleeping rough, and who have additional support needs. Must be registered as sleeping rough in the City of Westminster.

Who we cannot help

Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Referrals only accepted from Westminster Building Based Services (The Passage Day Centre, Connection at St Martin's, St Mungo's Broadway Rough Sleepers Assessment Centre), Westminster Compass Teams, Westminster JHT and Westminster Outreach Services.

Referral procedure

Referrals emailed. Processed with input from WCC Rough Sleeping Team. Assessment. Response given within 24 hours weekdays.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

Minimum of 2 staff during the day and evening shifts, 2 at night. Keywork system (6 residents per keyworker). Risk assessment and individual support plans agree level and frequency of support. Resettlement and ETE workers based in the hostel work closely with teams across Westminster. Access to a wide range of vocational activities, education, employment and training as well as extensive joint working with various support agencies across Westminster and London.

House rules and tenure

Residents sign up to engagement agreement which includes resettlement and ETE. No alcohol allowed in the building. Smoking allowed in single rooms only. Licence agreement.


No visitors allowed.
