Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-19. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
Arsonists, sex offenders and people with a history of violence. Class A drug users and chronic alcoholics.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone daily 8am-11pm. Application form completed by prospective resident and agency. Interview. Require proof of ID, references and background reports.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
6 full time and 5 part time staff, 4 volunteers, sleep-in cover. Compulsory keywork system (2-3 residents per keyworker), meetings at least weekly. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed as needed. Provide advice and support around life skills, literacy and numeracy, and accessing education and training.

£15.80pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Must attend keywork meetings. Licence agreement and assured shorthold tenancy.
At discretion of staff and subject to risk assessment. No overnight guests.
