Who do we help?
Single homeless men, including those with alcohol or drug problems, mental health problems and ex-offenders. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
People with convictions for arson.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency including Derby City Council Single Point of Entry and prison.
Call in or phone 8am-4pm Mon-Fri. Interview. Can move in immediately if vacancy. If a resident has been in contact with other agencies (eg Social Services, Probation Service) the hostel will contact for background information.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
3 support staff on site 8am-4.30pm, 3 life skills & accommodation staff on site 8am-9.30pm, waking night staff 9.30pm-8am. Keywork system, daily contact and formal weekly sessions. Support plans. Life skills sessions. The hostel is situated directly above a day centre for homeless people and residents have access to all the services and facilities there.

House rules and tenure
Must engage with support offered. No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking in own room only. Licence agreement.
Family visits at manager's discretion. No overnight guests.
City Centre bus station - 5 minutes walk.
