Who do we help?
Young single homeless women aged 16-24 with low to medium support needs around independent living. Local connection required, dependent on cirumstances Applicants must be willing to engage with the support on offer.
Who we cannot help
Women who pose a high risk to themselves and others.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from Social Services, Cambridge City Council, Centre 33, Youth Support/Locality Teams, YOS and other supported housing providers.
Referrals via Cambridge Inform, phone the project Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or email.

- Maximum stay: 2 Years
Support and accommodation
Staff provide support around independent living Skills, working closely with partnership agencies. Sign posting to specialist agencies to ensure clients receive the appropriate support dependent on their individual needs. Keywork system using Outcomes Star, offering regular Support meetings. Referrals to outside agencies.
