Who do we help?
Single homeless people aged 16-24 with low support needs around independent living. Target 50% women and 10% people from minority ethnic groups.
Who we cannot help
People with high support needs that cannot be met by the project.

How to get a referral
All referrals come via Suffolk Co-ordination Service.
Application form. Interview. Require proof of ID and references. May require background reports, depending on applicant's needs.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 month
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
5 part time staff, available daily 8am-11pm, waking night cover (emergency on-call system if staff are off site). Keywork system (10 residents per keyworker) with monthly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff offer help with independent living skills, budgeting, emotional well being, safety and security, employment and training, and liaison with external agencies.

House rules and tenure
Residents must engage with keywork. No smoking or alcohol allowed in communal areas. Licence agreement.
Maximum of 2 per resident between 9am-11pm. No overnight guests.
Ipswich train station - 15 minutes walk. Ipswich bus station - 5 minutes walk.
