Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
People with mental health and dual diagnosis of alcohol or drugs misuse issues who require support (not crisis or respite care). Must have local connection to LB Camden.
Who we cannot help
Those who pose a significant risk to others, eg violence, arson or suicidal tendencies. Those who do not have (or are unable to learn) daily living or personal care skills.

How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from agencies in Camden Hostels Pathway. Referral agencies usually notified of vacancies. Most referrals come from community mental health teams.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or write. Form completed by applicant and agency. Interview. Visit and overnight or weekend stay.

Support and accommodation
Staff visit project when customers require support and keywork sessions. Keywork system with meetings arranged on individual basis. Care plan reviewed every 3 months. Staff visit residents and provide advice and assistance with daily living skills, accessing community services and leisure activities. Various training and group activities.

House rules and tenure
Smoking restricted to resident's flat. Assured shorthold tenancy.
Can stay overnight if resident gives 24 hour notice.
Mornington Crescent tube - 5 minutes walk. Buses 24, 29, 134, 135, 168, 253.
