Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
People with mental health problems and/or dual diagnosis of drug and alcohol misuse who need medium term accommodation and support. Must have a local connection to LB Camden.
Who we cannot help
Those who pose a significant risk to others (eg violence, arson or actively suicidal). Those unable to manage/learn daily living or personal care skills. Those needing primary care for drug or alcohol abuse or still misusing substances.

How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from Camden Hostels Pathway agencies.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-7pm or write. Form completed by applicant and referral agency. Assessment and interview. Require discharge summaries and Care Programme Approach notes.

Support and accommodation
3 full time staff on-site 9am-7pm weekdays, 10am-5pm weekends, emergency on-call system. Keywork system (3 residents per worker), keywork meetings arranged on individual basis. Each resident has a support plan which is reviewed every 3 months. Staff provide advice and assistance with daily living skills, accessing community services and leisure activities.

£10.15pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Smoking allowed in own room. Assured shorthold tenancy.
No overnight guests.
