People with offender or risk history and excluded from family home. Between 16 - 25 Must have a local connection.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. All applicants assessed in terms of risk and suitability for accommodation.

Support and accommodation
Staff provide advice and support around housing issues, life skills, prevention of reoffending, positive use of time. Referrals to external agencies as required.

House rules and tenure
Must participate in programme of support. No alcohol allowed in communal areas. Smoking in own rooms only. Licence agreement.
2 visitors daily with ID, no under 18s. 1 overnight guest allowed 3 nights a week.
