Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years

House rules and tenure
Must participate in programme of support. No alcohol allowed in communal areas. Smoking in own room only. Licence or assured shorthold tenancy. Assured Shorthold tenancy Smoking and drinking alcohol allowed in flats.
Up to 4 during the day. Overnight guests if signed in with staff prior to visit.
Loughborough train station - 15 minutes walk. Buses 1, 127.
