Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Intensive homeless internsive housing management service. 18 - 25 Budgeting and tenancy matter issues. 16-25. There are a small number of young parents with children under the age of 1 years. Priority given to those with a local connection.
Who we cannot help
People with convictions for arson, sex offences or violence.

How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from Charnwood Borough Council and The Bridge.
Phone Mon-Fri 8am-8.30pm. Application form completed by prospective resident prior to interview. Require 2 references and proof of ID.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
8 full time staff, Shifts cover the period of 8am-9.00pm Mon-Friday, Sat ? 9-4.30, Sun 11am-6pm, Night shifts on Friday and Saturday from 9pm to 6am. 24 hours out of hours phone support available to all tenants. Keyworker system with meetings at least weekly. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly-quarterly. Support plans cover education, occupation, finance and move-on.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must participate in programme of support. No alcohol allowed in communal areas. Smoking in own room only. Licence or assured shorthold tenancy.
Up to 4 during the day. Overnight guests if signed in with staff prior to visit.
Loughborough train station - 15 minutes walk. Buses 1, 127.
