Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with medium-high support needs. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to Nottingham City.
Who we cannot help
People with a history of arson, sexual offences may not be accepted, nor will people with rent arrears with Nottingham Community HA.

How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from The Gateway.
Named agency referrals only. Phone or call in Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 8.30am-4.30pm, Weds 10.30am-4.30pm. Interview and needs assessment.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
6 full and part time staff, emergency on-call system. Compulsory keywork system, weekly meetings. Agreed individual support plans, reviewed as necessary. Staff provide support with budgeting, welfare rights and accessing employment and training opportunities. Access to NCHA?s Live & Learn courses.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Compulsory keywork sessions and residents' meetings. No alcohol or smoking allowed in communal areas. Assured shorthold tenancy.
Can stay overnight maximum 3 nights per week, booked in by staff. Visitors under 18 by agreement.
Bus 45 from City Centre to Plowright Street - 2 minutes walk.
