Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young people aged 16-21 who wish to access housing combined with education, training and employment opportunities. Accept pregnant woman and children up to the age of 2.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

- Maximum age accepted: 21
How to get a referral
All referrals are made through the Homelessness Targeted Support Team. Providers can complete an A1 assessment Those that are 16 or 17 years of age will be allocated a Targeted Support Worker.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or visit the office to complete the A1 form. Once an A1 form is completed the young person will be invited for a service visit.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
3 full time staff available 9am-4.30pm. Compulsory keywork system (5-6 residents per worker) with weekly meetings. Individual support plans with an emphasis on employability training and the development of life and social skills.

House rules and tenure
Residents must comply with house rules. Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Assured shorthold tenancy.
