How to get a referral
All referrals via Suffolk Coordination Scheme. Accept referrals from prison, probation, local councils, social services, housing associations.

Support and accommodation
Staff available Mon-sat 9am-5pm, sleep-in cover, emergency on call system. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed regularly. Staff provide advice, guidance and signposting.

House rules and tenure
No smoking allowed on the premises. No pets. Zero tolerance to anti-social behaviour. Licence agreement.
9am-10pm, one visitor at a time, more with staff permission. No overnight guests.
