How to get a referral
Accept referrals from Northumberland County Council Homelessness & Housing Options Service only.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 Night
- Maximum stay: 6 months - 1 Year
Support and accommodation
1 full time and 1 part time staff, emergency on-call system. Staff based on-site Mon-Fri 8.30am-1pm, 3pm-5pm and 8pm-9pm. Support plans, reviewed as required. Staff offer support around benefits, making appointments and life skills.
