How to get a referral
Accept referrals from any statutory agency. Applicants over 18 should attend local authority Homeless Advice Service.
Contact Mon-Fri 9am-4.30pm to confirm applicant's eligibility. Referral form and risk assessment. Professionals Meeting followed by referee Interview and Needs assessment.

- Maximum stay: 2 Years
Support and accommodation
3 part time staff, night security cover. Compulsory keywork system (3-4 residents per keyworker) with meetings held weekly. Staff provide support around tenancy management, budgeting, shopping on a low income, confidence building, accessing training, employment, learning or voluntary work and liaison with specialist welfare and community services.
