Who do we help?
Single homeless people, with a local connection to Lincolnshire.
Who we cannot help
People with limited mobility as bathroom facilities are on different floors. Previously barred service users.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Beds cannot be pre-booked.
Admission 8:30pm but will admit up to midnight under certain circumstances.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 28 nights
Support and accommodation
Staff: FT - 1 x Housing officer, 1 x Mental health worker, 1 x Admin and client support, 1 Cook 1 x manager 4 x Night support workers. We current run 2 drop in session per week to offer food and engagement.

House rules and tenure
Written house rules. No alcohol allowed on the premises. No smoking in building.Licence agreement.
Lincoln City bus Station and Train Station are next to each other and about 5 minute walk from the shelter.
Volunteering opportunities are: befriending, food preparation, odd jobs. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
