Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-24with support needs. Must have a local connection to Blackburn with Darwen, Hyndburn or Ribble Valley.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from YOT and local authority Housing Needs section.
Phone or call in any time for application form, completed by applicant and referral agency prior to interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
2 full time and 2 part time staff, sleep-in cover. Compulsory keywork system (5-6 residents per key worker), keywork meetings weekly then monthly. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed at approx 1, 6 and 12 month intervals. Staff provide support with life skills, including budgeting, cooking, health, education, training and employment.

£8pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Must participate in programme of support. Smoking allowed in own rooms. Licence agreement.
By arrangement. No overnight guests.
