Who do we help?
Verified street homeless and those at immediate risk of rough sleeping. Must have a local connection with Newham. Guests referred by Newham Outreach Teams, Low support needs, No alcohol and drug dependencies, Couples yes.
Who we cannot help
People with high support needs. People with criminal record of arson, violence or sex offences. Pets no.

How to get a referral
All referrals come through Newham Council's Street Population Outreach Team.
Referred by Newham Outreach Teams.
Length of stay
- Maximum stay: 28 days
Support and accommodation
Can accommodate and help guests who are already receiving assistance and work closely with case workers to find the best possible solution for the guest.
Rooms and charges
There is no charge for the accommodation.

House rules and tenure
People with low needs. No alcohol or drugs allowed on the premises. Must sign guest agreement outlining house rules.
