Anyone that is homeless or threatened with homelessness will receive housing advice and assistance.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone or call from 8.45am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday. 24 hour emergency on call service. Alternatively, complete an Enhanced Housing Wizard available on the website.

Support and accommodation
Staff available Mon-Friday 8.45am-5.00pm,emergency on-call system. Offer low level of support during office hours.

Smoking allowed in own room only. Licence agreement.
May occasionally stay overnight.
