Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless men with support needs who are serious about breaking their alcohol, drug, smoking, gambling and compulsive behaviour dependencies. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
Carry out risk assessments around arson and violence. People currently using alcohol and/or drugs.

- Maximum age accepted: 65
How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Can accept referrals direct from prison.
Phone, call in Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or write. Application form completed by prospective resident and referring agency. Interview to assess needs and suitability to the programme. Require proof of ID.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 4 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
4 full time staff and 1 volunteer, sleep-in cover. 7-step Recovery Programme in the form of keywork system, daily meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed bimonthly. The 7-Step Programme includes support around life and job skills support and access to counselling.

£40pw required from residents receiving benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on or off the premises. Must take part in support programme. No smoking allowed on the premises. Random substance tests. Licence agreement.
Visitors only allowed by prior arrangement, must leave by 10.30pm.
Crofton Park and Brockley train stations. Buses 122, 171.
