Homeless people with a history of rough sleeping and substance misuse issues Priority to people with a local connection.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions, will consider all referrals.

How to get a referral
Accept self and agency referrals. Many come from GPs, CAT team, social workers, the Probation Service and other local voluntary and statutory agencies.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or write. Application form and interview. Applicants need proof of identity.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
2 staff 9am-5pm, with sleep-in cover. Staff offer general support and advice around benefits, employment and training and any issues around living in the project.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
"Controlled drinking allowed." Smoking only allowed outside. Encouraged to take part in gardening and general household tasks. Licence agreement.
Until 9pm by arrangement with staff. No overnight guests.
Watford train station - 10 mins walk.
