How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-4.30pm. Form completed by applicant. Interview. Require proof of ID.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
3 full time staff, emergency on-call system. Keywork system (10-15 residents per keyworker), weekly keywork meetings. Staff visit residents daily, offering advice on life skills, benefits, accessing training and employment, and other matters.
