Who do we help?
Single people who are experiencing or have experienced mental illness and who are homeless .Must be engage with support. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
All referrals to be made through MHJRP ? contact agent for further details.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Application form. Interview. Require background information. Signpost unsuccessful applicants to other services.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: None
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
3 full time staff, 1 volunteer and part time project maintenance worker. On-site or visiting support by arrangement between 8am-8pm. Emergency on-call system. Keywork system with meetings daily or less often, as necessary. Staff offer support and advice with independent living skills, to maximise opportunities and options. Work with other agencies to ensure that care is in place.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol in communal areas. Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement or assured shorthold tenancy depending on type of accommodation.
8am-11pm, must leave quietly. No overnight guests.
Harlow train station - 30 mins walk.
