Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people with support needs who are ex-offenders or who are vulnerable and at risk of offending. Must be willing to accept support. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.
- Minimum age accepted: 18
- Maximum age accepted: 65
How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Can accept referrals direct from prisons.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Referral form, Staff discuss procedure.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
12 full time staff visit residents Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, emergency on-call system. Support around independent living skills, budgeting, offending behaviour, employment and training.

House rules and tenure
Alcohol and smoking allowed in own rooms only. Assured shorthold tenancy.
Overnight guests with staff permission.
Accommodation is near to train station and main bus routes.
