16/17 year olds, up to 21 LACT and 10% up to age 24 with additional needs.

No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Gateway, Essex County Council.
Referral through the Gateway Hub.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 18 months.
Support and accommodation
2 full time or equivalent staff, based at main office, visit residents at least weekly, emergency on-call system. key worker system (11/12 residents per key worker), with weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed 6 weekly. Staff provide support around independent living skills, education and resettlement.

£9.00-£16.00pw required from residents receiving benefits

House rules and tenure
Smoking in own rooms only. Must engage with support offered and attend residents' meetings. Licence agreement.
Overnight guests allowed. Need to know about visitors for health and safety reasons.

Food, household goods, clothing welcomed.
