Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people with support needs. Ex-offenders. Families with children aged under 5. Families and young people aged 16-24 must have a local connection to Lincoln.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
All referrals must go through the Gateway at City Hall

Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3-6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Staff on-site 24 hours in residential schemes and provide visiting support Mon-Fri 9am-5pm in dispersed housing. Keyworker system with between 1-11 hours support per week.

£6-£13pw approx required from residents receiving benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Smoking in own rooms only. No alcohol in young person's projects. Tenancy varies according to whether self contained or shared.
Visitors allowed between 8am-11pm. Overnight guests in some properties with prior permission.
