Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single people aged 16-17 and care leavers up to the age of 21 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and who need support to live independently. Also house young parents. Local connection preferred.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

All referrals must come through the Gateway at Lincoln City Council.

Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 4 weeks
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
3 full time and 5 part time staff on-site 7am-12 midnight, sleep-in cover. Keywork system (1-2 residents per worker), compulsory weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed at least quarterly. Staff provide support with daily living skills, benefits, debt and budgeting, shopping, cooking and housework, access to education, employment and training.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must participate in programme of support. No alcohol allowed for under 18s. Smoking in own rooms only. Licence agreement or assured shorthold tenancy.
10am-10.30pm, maximum 2 per resident at a time. Need ID, no under 16s. Overnight guests in flats.
Central Lincoln train station - 25 minutes walk.
