Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
In main hostel anyone with high support needs or couples. Small project is for rough sleepers referred specifically by the local authority. Those deemed as too high need for main hostel. Those who are hard to house due to previous housing issues.

How to get a referral
Self referral and any local agency working with homeless people.
Assessment undertaken by Northampton Borough Council or NAASH. Risk assessment. Need at least 1 form of ID if not known by the services.

Support and accommodation
Crisis homeless are supported to access housing as a priority. Entrenched rough sleepers are supported to deal with issues such as drugs, alcohol, health, and to access appropriate housing. Support to claim benefits. Key workers available Monday to Friday to provide support, out of hours and weekends support provided by staff based at the project. A range of supported placements are available depending on need.
