Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young people aged 16-25 in housing need who are actively engaged in education. Priority given to those with a local connection.
Who we cannot help
Schedule 1 offenders. Those with a history of arson and/or a conviction relating to possessing an offensive weapon may not be accepted. Other offences assessed on an individual basis.

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Referral procedure
Phone, call in Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, or write. Application form, can also be downloaded from website. Interview. Require documentation.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 week
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Support offered
8 full time staff and 4 volunteers, staffed from 8am to 8pm with security staff 8pm to 8am and at weekends. Compulsory keywork system (14 residents per worker), with meetings at least monthly. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 3 months. Support decreases as residents progress through the scheme. Support is offered around life skills, budgeting, education, employment and resettlement advice.

- Disabled facilities: 2 flats are fully wheelchair accessible. Induction loop, automatic doors, ground floor access, lift, pull cord system, adapted kitchen and bathroom.
- Other facilities: Lounge, gym, study hub and training/IT suite.

Compulsory programme of support. Smoking allowed in flats only. Written house rules. Residents must adhere to foyer ethos. Licence agreement.

Overnight guests with project permission.
