Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless men aged over 40, particularly those sleeping rough, and/or those with alcohol issues, who have a connection to the Manchester area.
Who we cannot help
Arsonists, sex offenders, drug users, people with mental health issues, people needing nursing care.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. May accept applicants from prison with background information and references.
Phone or call in at the guest house Mon-Fri 9.30am-4pm or next door at the Cornerstone Day Centre Mon-Fri 10.30am-4pm. May accept emergency referrals Fri-Sun.

Support and accommodation
1 full time member of staff plus cook and volunteers. Some help provided with claiming benefits, developing life skills and referrals to other agencies.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Written house rules. Smoking in own room only. Alcohol consumption limited to certain areas. Tenancy agreement.
Family only with staff permission in family visits room. No overnight guests allowed.
Oxford Road train station - 20 minutes walk. Buses 85, 101, 104, 109.
