Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people with low-medium support needs, ex-offenders and those with low level mental health problems. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
- Minimum age accepted: 20

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone daily 9am-7pm. Application form completed by referral agency and applicant. Interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
2 full time and 2 part time staff based on-site at main house 9am-7pm every day. Emergency on call system. Care plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 4 weeks. Care plans look at "all aspects of life, from support with day to day living and resettlement up to drug and drink reduction programmes". Staff can refer residents to specialist agencies if appropriate.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol or smoking allowed in communal areas. Written house rules. Assured shorthold tenancy.
Between 9am-7pm. No overnight guests.
Blackburn train station and Green Lane/Feniscowles bus routes - 5 minutes walk.
