Who do we help?
The most entrenched rough sleepers prioritising RS205 clients, couples and those with complex support needs. Must have connection to City of Westminster. Will consider clients with dogs on a case by case basis.

No automatic exclusions. All applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from recognised Westminster agencies only. Majority of referrals have come from Compass.
Westminster BBS referral form to be emailed. Agencies can call in advance of sending referral form to discuss client.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 2 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
3 support staff, manager, night concierge. It is 24 hours support. staff provide on-going support to help maintain tenancy and move away from the streets. Individualised support.

£13pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol or smoking allowed in communal areas. 3 month licence.
Responsibility of client. Not allowed in communal areas. Overnight guests by arrangement.
Victoria tube, train and bus station - 2 minutes walk.
Currently have 1 literacy volunteers. Opportunities could include maintaining window boxes, assisting with health & safety checks, or helping with peer literacy project. Phone 020 7592 1863 for further information.
