Single homeless men aged 21 and over with support needs, including alcohol problems and mild mental health problems
Who we cannot help
Generally will not accept arsonists although all applications are considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Customer to undertake SIFA assessment will be completed and referral sent into service. Organisations can directly refer to Zambesi. Call and ask for referral application form. Customers can direct refer at service. Potential customers must have recourse to public funds.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 4 months
Support and accommodation
15 full time, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system (10 residents per worker), with monthly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes. Support around budgeting, benefits, employment, training, access to health care. Practical assistance, eg accompanying residents to GP or hospital. Residents expected to take part in support programme.

£7.09-£12.38 required from residents on benefits.

There is no smoking allowed anywhere in the building. Licence agreement. Assured shorthold tenancy in flats.
Between 9am-10pm. No overnight guests.
