Single homeless men aged 21 and over with support needs. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
Men with a previous history of arson or a history of offences towards vulnerable people.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency via The Birmingham Gateway.

Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3-6 months
- Maximum stay: 6 months
Support and accommodation
8 full time staff, available 7am-8pm, night concierge 8pm-7am. Keywork system (8 residents per worker), weekly meetings. Individual support plans reviewed at regular intervals. Staff provide support around areas such as benefits, physical care and health issues.

£17.13pw (flats) required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
Written house rules. Alcohol and smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement.
Between 9am-6pm. No overnight guests. Children not allowed on site.
Perry Barr and Witton train stations. Buses 33, 51, 46.
