How to get a referral
Birmingham Gateway supported housing access point. Contact number 0121 675 4249.
Interview and assessment may be face to face, details may be taken by phone or referral form may be forwarded from Birmingham Gateway supported housing access point. Beds allocated on first come first served basis.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 6 months
Support and accommodation
8 full time staff, waking night cover. Keywork system (up to 11 residents per worker), with monthly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 3 months. Staff provide support around living skills and ensure that residents have access to appropriate support agencies.

£35.85pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Disabled facilities: 6 flats are fully wheelchair accessible. Warden call system, grab rails, 2 lifts and adapted bathroom and shower.

House rules and tenure
Written house rules. Smoking in own room and designated outside area only. Alcohol allowed in own room only. Assured or assured shorthold tenancy.
At any time, can stay overnight.
Train station - 15 minutes walk. Bus 50.
