Who do we help?
Single people who are experiencing or have experienced homelessness and have support needs. No local connection required. Must be committed to maintaining or gaining employment, training, education.
Who we cannot help
People with problematic drug, alcohol or substance abuse. People with severe or enduring mental health problems. People with a history of offending or other risky behaviour. Sex offenders.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Call in or phone 24 hours daily for referral form.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 1 year
Support and accommodation
6 full time staff available daily 7am-10pm. Provide 6 hours of support per week for each client.
Rooms and charges
£14.54pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Disabled facilities: Some rooms accessible to wheelchair users.
- Other facilities: Laundry facilities, training/conference room, public cafe on site, customer IT suite.

Must be engaged in or willing to engage in work, training, volunteering, education. Assured shorthold rolling tenancy.
Overnight guests allowed.
Snow Hill train station - few minutes walk.
