Young single homeless people aged 18 Applicants must have a local connection to Sandwell or West Bromwich.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. All referrals via Single Referral Panel Housing Options.
Phone or call in daily 24 hours or write. Application form completed by prospective resident. Interview. Require proof of ID and additional information from referring agency.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
3 full time, 2 part time day staff, 2 full time night staff. Keyworker system (6 residents per worker), monthly meetings and action plans with agreed outcomes. Keywork system includes other agencies working with resident. Provide advice and support around benefits, basic life skills, literacy and numeracy, and accessing education, training and employment.

£10.30pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed in communal areas. Smoking allowed in own room only. Must be in education, training or employment. Licence agreement.
2 overnight stays a week, maximum of 3 visitors per scheme per night.
