Homeless people including rough sleepers with support needs. Can accept couples. 3 properties accept people with dogs. Local connection prioritised.

How to get a referral
All referrals go through NBC Street Outreach Team.
Assessments made 9am to 1pm Monday - Friday. All referrals via Housing Options.

Support and accommodation
Staff available 24 hours a day. Keywork system with meetings as required. Individual support plans. Staff provide advice on housing and benefits, education, training and employment. Referrals to specialist agencies.

Smoking in own room and garden only. Must engage with support offered. Licence agreement.
No visitors in DA rooms, allowed after 4 weeks in flats. Overnight guests, book 72 hours in advance.
Northampton train and bus stations within 15 mins walk.
