Who do we help?
Single homeless people over 16 to 25 with additional low support needs. Priority given to those with local connection.
Who we cannot help
Risk to Children Offenders and arsonists who do not have an appropriate risk assessment or external agency support framework in place to manage their risk(s).

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency via St Basils Youth Hub.

Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 nights
- Maximum stay: 3 months
Support and accommodation
7 full time staff on-site, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system (5 residents per worker), with weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed weekly. Support plan, risk management plan. Staff offer support around living skills, claiming benefits, budgeting, and accessing training and employment.

Written house rules. Alcohol and smoking allowed in own rooms only. Excluded licence agreement.
