Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and have housing related support needs.
Who we cannot help
Individuals who have a history of sexual or violence offences. We do however review all applications to assess whether or not the risks could be managed by the service.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Can take referrals from prison depending on level of risk.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Application form. Interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Our Support Workers signpost to specialist services and we have a number of external agencies visiting the scheme as and when needed.
Rooms and charges
£9.61 pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.
- Single: 15
- Total spaces: 15
- Furnishings: Bedsit room, with en-suite bathroom facilities.

- Disabled facilities: 3 flats with flush floor showers and use of adapted kitchen are accessible to wheelchair users.
- Other facilities: Lounge, games room, small garden.
Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must attend keywork meetings. Alcohol and smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement.
Visitors are permitted between 10am-10pm. No overnight visitors are permitted.
