Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless men aged 25-55, with complex needs around drugs, alcohol, mental health and/or offending behaviour, who are experiencing serial exclusion from direct access accommodation in Birmingham. Must have local connection.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency including prisons via Homeless Single Point of Access SIFA Fireside, Allcock St, Digbeth, Birmingham.B9 40Y Call 0121 7661700
Referral procedure
Phone the project daily 24 hours, We can send the referral forms out by post or e mail for you to complete and return. Then an assessment meeting can be arranged if there is a suitable vacancy.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
11 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. key worker system (5 residents per key worker), with meetings at least daily. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 3 months. Staff provide tailor-made, intensive support around reintegrating residents back into the community and mainstream accommodation.

£15.10pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.
