Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25, including ex-offenders and young people leaving local authority care. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
"Known prostitutes, known hard drug users, arsonists, sex offenders."

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency - many come from Social Services.
Phone or call daily 8am-12 midnight. If there is a vacancy an interview is arranged as soon as possible. Require SER and PSR if appropriate.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 8 weeks
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
5 full time, 2 part time staff and 3 volunteers, sleep-in cover. Keywork system with weekly meetings, offering individual advice and support. Training in daily living skills, including budgeting, shopping and cooking. Advice on benefits and accessing health care services.
Rooms and charges
£10pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Participation in the support programme is a condition of residence. Licence agreement.
Not allowed, apart from parents, social workers, Probation officers and medical staff.
Preston train station - 2 minutes walk.
