Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with support needs, including family breakdown and drug or alcohol issues. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
People convicted of arson, sex offenders and people with a history of violence.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone or call in daily 8am-11pm for an application form, completed by applicant prior to interview. Require proof of ID, eg driving licence, passport, benefit agency letter, medical card.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
3 full time and 1 part time staff, waking night security staff. Compulsory keywork system, regular meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff provide support tailored to individual client needs.

£16.77pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must participate in programme of support and attend residents' meetings. No alcohol or smoking allowed on the premises. Licence agreement.
Between 8am-11pm. No visitors under 16 years old. No overnight guests.
Melton Mowbray train station - 10 minutes walk. Buses to Nottingham Rd - 2 minutes walk.
