Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people with support needs, including ex-offenders, also people with a history of substance abuse who are on a support programme. Must have a local connection.
Who we cannot help
Arsonists. Sex offenders.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Referral procedure
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or write. Application form completed by prospective resident and agency, prior to interview. Require 2 proofs of ID, PNC check, risk assessment, and CPA and probation reports if necessary.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Support offered
2 staff based at the scheme, available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, emergency on-call system. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 3 months. Staff provide support around independent living skills, budgeting, personal hygiene, nutrition, social and communication skills, and job search. Floating mentoring and learning team.

House rules and tenure
Residents must fully engage with support offered. No alcohol allowed in communal areas. Smoking allowed in own room only. Licence agreement.
Visitors
Overnight guests for up to 2 nights a week with staff permission. Must be aged 18+.
